The undersigned Registrant hereby agrees to reserve an Exhibit Booth at the First Annual Tulare County Industrial Hemp Show to be held on April 20th, 2024 in Tulare County. Registrant hereby agrees to complete and sign this Booth Reservation Agreement and make a non-refundable payment to reserve a Booth at the Hemp Show. The location of the Booth will be identified one month before the first day of the event, located at the International Agricultural Center, in Tulare County, California. Registrants agree to comply with all rules applicable to Registrants and the terms and conditions

Rules and Regulations
*Must provide proof of your company’s certificate of liability Insurance for your products or service.
*Must provide your own tables, chairs, display cases; you may also bring a canopy no larger than 10x10 space provided.
*You are responsible to keep your designated area hazardous free, and clean.
*Queen of Hemp USA nor International AgriculturalCenter are NOT responsible for any damage, loss of items, property, or products at this event!
*Hired Security will be present walking the premises ensuring everyone’s safety and upholding all rules and regulations during this event; will PROSECUTE to the fullest!
*NO usage of Alcohol, or Drugs; It is NOT allowed on the premises; if found on or near your booth you will be asked to leave the event with No refund, and you will be band from returning to any other events hosted by Queen of Hemp USA; and you will be prosecuted to the fullest! If you see something or someone being suspicious call security or Nichole and report it IMMEDIATELY!!!
